Any eligible item purchased from Slip.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. You can get that underway by creating a prepaid return label at returns.slip.com. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not as described, you can either create a prepaid return label or contact us so we can assist you.

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights or consumer law rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
